Once you contact us and indicate that you're open to looking for a new position, we'll schedule a 1:1 call to discuss your work history, career goals and ideal work environment. If we don't have a perfect match right away, our team of busy bees will keep you posted on future openings that would be a great fit for you!
Based on what we learn about you in the initial 1:1 call, we'll match you with one of our carefully vetted employer partners and coordinate an interview.
Once you've landed the job, we'll be in the background to help with any loose ends. Being your professional matchmaker is just the beginning! Once you've joined The Hive, you'll remain an integral part of our clinician community.
